Theodore B. Smith III is a seasoned investment professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in venture capital and board governance. As the Managing Member of GHS Partners LLC since January 2012, Theodore evaluates and directs investment decisions across various asset classes, including MLPs, equities, and real estate. Alongside this role, Theodore serves as Managing Partner at Canrock Ventures, focusing on early-stage technology businesses, and has been a Board Member for multiple organizations, including GTT, Personal Wine, and General Sentiment, among others. Theodore's educational background includes a BA in Economics and Art from Colgate University and participation in the Stanford Directors' College at Stanford Law School in 2017.
