Amy Craib currently serves as the Chief Ambulatory and Service Line Officer at Kaleida Health since April 2024 and as President of GENERAL PHYSICIAN, P.C. since February 2023, where Amy oversees one of the largest multispecialty physician practices in Western New York, which includes over 300 primary care and specialty providers. Previously, Amy held various leadership roles at Rochester Regional Health from 2002 to 2022, including Executive Vice President and Chief Service Line Officer, where responsibilities encompassed the management of cardiac and thoracic services across a five-hospital system. Amy's earlier experience includes positions at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, managing community business development and support services. Amy holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from James Madison University.
