Maeve Tierney is a Lead UX/UI Designer at General Motors, where responsibilities include collaborating with software developers and business executives to create innovative designs for mobile applications and internal websites, while also advocating for exceptional usability through user experience design methods. Prior experience includes freelance web design for AIFS, focusing on front-end development using Bootstrap and JavaScript, as well as a Development and Design Internship at the Museum of Photographic Arts that involved donor analysis and research. Maeve Tierney began a career in journalism as a Reporter for The GW Hatchet and gained campaign experience as a Campaign Intern for Jim Himes for Congress. Maeve Tierney holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatics and Human Computer Interaction from Indiana University Bloomington, with additional education from Dev Bootcamp and The George Washington University.
