Curtis Hay is a highly experienced professional in the fields of GNSS, V2X technologies, and system engineering, currently serving as a Technical Fellow at General Motors since September 2010, where responsibilities include developing advanced technologies for automated vehicles. Prior experience includes roles as Core Technology Manager at General Motors, where leadership focused on 4G LTE capabilities for vehicles across multiple regions, and as Engineering Manager at John Deere, overseeing developments in GNSS and wireless products for agricultural equipment. Curtis also held positions at Spirent Federal Systems as a Senior Systems Engineer, training various clients on GNSS simulation equipment, and at General Motors to enhance telematics for the OnStar service. Earlier in the career, Curtis served as a Satellite Engineer in the US Air Force, leading significant GPS initiatives, and began as a Robotics Technician at SCP Global Technologies. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Colorado State University, a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Colorado Technical University, and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Seattle Pacific University.
