Andrea Flores-Velasco currently serves as the Cadillac Dealer Digital Performance Manager at GP Strategies Corporation, holding leadership roles since June 2020. In this capacity, Andrea leads digital execution efforts for 36 Cadillac dealerships across Florida, providing support for digital marketing strategies, coaching dealership managers, and enhancing dealer satisfaction. Previous experience includes roles as Cadillac District Digital Manager with Aquent, where responsibilities encompassed managing a portfolio of dealerships in several states and troubleshooting digital issues. Early career highlights include positions at The Mars Agency as an Assistant Account Executive, and internships at Leo Burnett and the American Association of Advertising Agencies, where Andrea gained valuable industry insight and experience. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and has pursued additional studies abroad in Humanities.
