Alison Bayzat is a Senior Product Safety Engineer at BrightDrop since May 2022, with a strong background in automated driving systems gained during time as an Automated Driving System Safety Engineer at General Motors from December 2019 to May 2022. Prior experience at General Motors includes roles as a Graduate Student Research Intern in 2019 and earlier as a Project Manager for the McMaster Engineering EcoCAR 3 project. Alison's academic foundation includes a Master of Applied Science in Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Society, complemented by a Minor in Computer Science, both obtained from McMaster University.
