Randall Thedford, MBA, serves as a Senior Financial Analyst at General Mills since January 2018, providing financial leadership for the Covington Site, including budget planning, internal controls, and cost savings initiatives, while being an active member of the Staff Leadership Team overseeing 350 employees. Prior experience includes roles as Comptroller and Senior Financial Analyst at Georgia Power Company from 2006 to 2017, where Randall supported the Transmission organization with problem-solving and financial reporting. Randall also contributed as a Senior Financial Analyst at General Motors from 2001 to 2006, developing operational reports and conducting cost analysis. Additional experience in the United States Marine Corp Reserve includes serving as a Sergeant, where Randall managed and trained personnel in IT support. Educational achievements consist of a Business Intelligence Program certification from Emory University, an MBA in Finance from Clark Atlanta University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, and coursework in Physics at Clark Atlanta University.
