Shrishti Sinha is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources management, currently serving as the Manager of Campus Talent Acquisition at General Mills India. With a strong background in HR, Shrishti has held significant roles including Associate Vice President and Chief Manager HR at Kotak Mahindra Investment Limited, as well as Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Croma and HR Business Partner at Reliance Retail. Shrishti also contributes as a member of the Board of Directors in an advisory role at Internset. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an MBA in Human Resources Management from ITM, Kharghar.
