Ben Pennington has a diverse work experience in communications and media. Ben was the Head of News at the General Medical Council from December 2015. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Communications at the University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust from July 2014 to December 2015. Ben also served as the Head of Press Desk for London Underground and London Rail at Transport for London from April 2006 to July 2014. Before that, they were a Press Officer at Essex Police from April 2002 to April 2006. Ben Pennington began their career as a Senior Reporter at Newsquest Essex from February 2000 to April 2002.
