Matthew Wagner is an experienced aerospace and systems engineering professional with a robust background in program management and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager and Senior Principal Systems Engineer at General Dynamics since 2005, Matthew is the Principal Investigator for an Army program focused on developing a product line architecture for next-generation ground control stations, managing a diverse team across multiple sites. Prior roles include Systems Engineer at Raytheon IIS, where Matthew developed Type II Level Encryption for mission data transmission, and Attitude Determination and Control Engineer at Orbital Sciences Corporation, responsible for software development for NASA satellite systems.
