Dylan Rogers is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and product development. Currently serving as a Principal Manufacturing Engineer at General Dynamics since July 2021, Dylan previously held the role of Sr. Manufacturing Engineer. Prior to this, experience includes working as a Product Development Engineer at Raven Industries from June 2018 to July 2021, where responsibilities encompassed designing and implementing engineered film products and facilitating customer collaborations. Earlier career experiences include positions as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, a Mechanical Engineering Intern at GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH, and a Reliability Engineering Intern at Novozymes. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned in 2017.
