Rex Ford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and team leadership. Currently serving as PMO Manager at GDT - General Datatech since August 2009, Rex collaborates within a matrix environment to enhance best practices in the Service Provider Practice, focusing on PMO Governance, Performance Management, and Talent Management. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at IBM Global Services from 1999 to 2009 and Project Manager in the US Navy from September 1987 to April 1992, where skills in Aviation Ordnance were developed. Rex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of South Florida, earned between 1995 and 1997.
