Nicolette Oviedo, MLS, is an experienced talent acquisition specialist currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist II at General Atomics. Previously, Nicolette held positions as Recruitment Manager at LEGOLAND California Resort, Staffing Manager and Recruiter at Randstad USA, Legal Assistant in Criminal Defense at Appellate Defenders, Inc., and Business Development Manager and Recruiter at Vaco. Nicolette is pursuing a Master's of Dispute Resolution with a focus on Mediation and Arbitration at Pepperdine Caruso Law, expected to be completed in December 2024, and holds a Master's of Legal Studies in HR/Employment Law from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, earned in 2020.
