Roland Chapin is a seasoned professional in project management and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Strategic Supplier Cybersecurity Manager at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems since January 2020. In this role, Roland Chapin is responsible for developing and overseeing policies to protect Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Controlled Defense Information (CDI), and proprietary information across the procurement organization and supply chain. Prior to this, Roland Chapin was the Lead Project Manager at Perspecta, leading the San Diego County Account and overseeing project management for various governmental activities. Roland Chapin also served as a Lead Project Manager for the US Department of State, managing police reform projects in Central America, and held the position of PMO Director at R2Logic, Inc., where responsibilities included managing a team focused on IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions for both the US and Panamanian governments. Roland Chapin holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
