Isabel Cole Delaney is a highly skilled Composite Design Engineer V currently employed at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems since September 2023. Previously, Isabel served as a Manager at Collins Aerospace from July 2018 to September 2023 and worked as a Lead Repair Engineer at United Technologies from April 2016 to August 2018. Isabel's experience at SpaceX included roles as a CAD Design Engineer Contractor and Dragon Design Engineer, where significant contributions were made to the Crew Dragon docking system and carbon fiber composite parts. Isabel demonstrated leadership by managing interns and collaborating with teams to enhance manufacturability and production efficiency. Earlier experiences include project management at the University of California and supervisory roles at Sammy’s Woodfired Pizza. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego.
