Graves Tompkins is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at General Atlantic. Prior to this, Graves was a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Co. and an Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Graves holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School. Graves completed their undergraduate studies at Princeton University.
