Matt Peller is a seasoned engineering professional with nearly eleven years of experience in manufacturing and R&D environments. Since July 2013, Matt has held various leadership roles at Generac Power Systems, currently serving as the Director of Engineering, where responsibilities include developing and managing a team of engineers and interns focused on engine development. Matt's background includes significant experience in lab and engine testing, design and fabrication, as well as quality assurance and research, contributing to advancements in product development and cost reduction. Prior roles include positions at Briggs & Stratton, GE Healthcare, and Harley-Davidson Motor Co, where Matt honed expertise in mechanical engineering. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
