Jake Hsu is a Senior Scientist at Genentech since 2023, focusing on the development of IND-enabling Tox and CMC purification processes for bispecific antibodies and complex formats. Prior experience includes a Doctoral Student role at Stanford University from 2018 to 2022 and a Process Engineering Internship at Genentech in 2017, where Jake implemented a global performance analysis initiative and collaborated with quality control teams. Additionally, Jake worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at both the University of Pennsylvania and OHSU, as well as a Manufacturing Science & Technology Intern at MedImmune in 2016. Hsu holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
