Thanos Papathanasiou is a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at GeneKor Medical S.A. since May 2022, bringing extensive experience from various roles in the field. Currently serving as a Research Associate for the Hellenic Network of Precision Medicine on Cancer at NCSR "DEMOKRITOS," Papathanasiou's previous experience includes a position as Scientific and Technical Staff at the Greek Atomic Energy Commission from April 2016 to September 2019. Papathanasiou holds a Master of Science in Information Technologies in Medicine and Biology, Bioinformatics, and a Bachelor of Science from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
