Rosie Rodell is a skilled Design Engineer with extensive experience in the medical device sector. Currently employed at genedrive plc since July 2019, Rosie focuses on the design and manufacture of the Genedrive® device for infectious disease diagnostics, contributing to both existing product developments and new concept generation within an ISO 13485 environment. Previously, Rosie worked at Owen Mumford Ltd from February 2016 to July 2019, where responsibilities included taking designs from concept to production as a Design Engineer after a promotion from Junior Design Engineer. Rosie also gained experience at Cara Interior Design and heightec, concentrating on inclusive design and personal protective equipment, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Product Design Engineering and a BSc (Hons) in Product Innovation and Development, both from Liverpool John Moores University.
