Tho Dau is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in research and development across various companies in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as Head of Process Development at Gene Solutions since May 2024, Tho previously held senior scientific roles at Fortis Life Sciences and nanoComposix, focusing on contract R&D and team management. With a strong background in assay development and materials research, Tho has also contributed as a Senior Scientist at Silver Lake Research Corporation and Intelligent Optical Systems, Inc. Additionally, early career experience includes clinical research at Oxford University Clinical Research Unit and educational roles at the University of Natural Science. Tho holds a PhD in Life and Biomolecular Sciences, an MSc in Genetics, and a BSc in Biotechnology.
