David Verastegui Jr, EIT has been working in the energy and utilities industry since 2018. David began their career as a Business Analyst at Cognizant, where they held this role until 2022. David then moved to Gene by Gene, where they are currently a Senior Business Analyst.

David Verastegui Jr, EIT, obtained their E.I.T. Certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in May 2018. Prior to that, they attended Texas A&M University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering. Before that, they attended Cypress Ranch High School from 2008 to 2013.
