Mike Boozer has extensive experience in the gaming and entertainment industry, currently serving as Customer Service and Event Team Manager at Gen Con LLC since January 2015. Prior to this role, Mike was the Director of Creative Development at The Bella Sara Company, where development of intellectual properties and games took place from July 2011 to May 2013. Mike's career includes significant contributions at Hidden City Entertainment as a Senior Creative IP Writer & Designer from May 2007 to June 2011, and earlier at True North Media as a Producer - Writer, facilitating online games and web projects for brands like Hasbro. Mike began a career at Wizards of the Coast, managing customer service operations and producing content from January 1999 to June 2002. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Education from Pacific Lutheran University (1979-1984).
