Nate Brown currently serves as the Vice President of Development Services at GenCap Construction Corp., a position held since April 2019, where leadership of customer-facing teams fosters a superior experience for project partners, focusing on strategic opportunities that enhance value and returns. Prior to this role, Nate held various positions including Director of Preconstruction and Project Executive at Ryan Companies US, Inc. and Estimating Manager at Venture General Contracting, where management of construction projects spanned from preconstruction to closeout, particularly in multi-family and mixed-use developments. Nate's earlier career includes roles as Project Manager at Deacon Corp., Charter Construction, Inc., and Rushforth Construction Co., Inc., complemented by foundational experience as a Project Engineer. Nate holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Santa Clara University, earned from 2000 to 2004.
