Gautam Goenka is an accomplished professional in leadership development and recruitment, currently serving as a Board Member on the Leadership Advisory Board at GEMS Modern Academy in Dubai since January 2023. Gautam has been with GE Healthcare as a Global Leadership Development Leader since September 2021, and previously held senior roles at GE, including Senior Leader for Learning & Talent Development across South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey, as well as Global Learning Leader for Talent Recruitment. Other significant positions include HR Leader for GE Renewable Energy in the UAE & Gulf, and Recruitment Leader roles across various regions at GE Healthcare and Baker Hughes.
