Zarah Rahman currently serves as Cluster HRBP at GEMS Education since October 2022 and has been with Microsoft as a Senior HR Business Partner for Customer Experience & Success since February 2019, where Zarah collaborates with leadership to align people priorities with business vision and focuses on strategic talent planning and development. Prior to these roles, Zarah was General Manager HR for Sales & Marketing at DIAGEO India, managing people strategy for the marketing and sales divisions, and held positions at Standard Chartered Bank as Senior HR Business Partner for Risk and at Vodafone as HR Manager. Zarah holds an MBA with a major in HR and a minor in marketing from Goa Institute of Management and a B.Sc. from Lady Brabourne College, Kolkata.
