Ramesh Subramaniam is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various HR leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Cluster Lead - HR People Partner and Vice President - Human Resources for India Operations at GEMS Education since November 2011, Ramesh also holds the position of Group Head - Total Rewards for the MENASA region. Prior experience includes working as Regional HR Operations Lead and Manager Human Resources for the Gulf Operation at Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD) from October 2006 to November 2011. Ramesh's career began as HR Manager at Fabritex Exports in Bangalore and progressed to Compliance & HR Manager at Neelkamal Garments Division in the UAE. Ramesh holds a Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) degree specializing in Human Resources.
