Mat James is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, communications, and enrolments, currently serving as the Chief Officer at GEMS Education since January 2021. Prior to this role, Mat James held multiple positions at Deloitte Middle East, including Partner and Director, and has been with the firm since November 2007. Earlier career experience includes management consulting at Capita Consulting from May 2005 to November 2007 and consulting for the MOD from 2004 to 2006. Mat James earned a degree in Biology, Biochemistry, and Statistics from the University of Wales between 1993 and 1996.
