Donny Devadason has extensive experience in operations management within the education sector, currently serving as Operations Manager at GEMS Education since September 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing business operations, budget management, health and safety compliance, and facilities maintenance. Prior to this role, Donny held the position of Treasurer at SDA Junior College for a brief period in 2007, focusing on financial planning and control policies. Earlier experience includes working as an Accountant at SIU of SDA in Bangalore from 1994 to 2001, managing banking activities and general ledger reconciliations. Donny holds an MPM in Human Resources Management from IBMR Business School, a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Spicer Memorial College, and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from NSS College Ottapalam.
