Alvin Joseph has significant experience in various roles, including the current position of Store Incharge at GEMS Education since January 2022. Prior to this, Alvin worked as a Digital Interaction Advisor at [24]7.ai from June 2020 to January 2021, focusing on customer queries and issue documentation. Alvin also served as a Project Engineer at Microcool Systems Pvt Ltd from September 2018 to October 2019, where responsibilities included obtaining approvals for HVAC shop drawings and coordinating project specifications. Alvin Joseph holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangalore, completed in 2017, and also possesses a PUC degree from GHSS Chittariparamba.
