Jennifer Adams currently serves as the BD Proposal & Marketing Manager at Gemma Power Systems, LLC, overseeing a multi-departmental proposal team and developing competitive proposal packages while implementing marketing strategies aligned with business development goals. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Director of Marketing and Business Development at D.A. Sullivan & Sons, Inc., where responsibilities included coordinating the entire proposal process for various projects. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Marketing, Project Administrator, and Admissions Counselor at Becker College, alongside positions in retail and education, including Visual Merchandise Expert at Gap Inc. and Instructional Aide at Tantasqua Regional School District. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Interior Design from Becker College.
