Cindy Kupfer-Vu has a wealth of work experience beginning in 1993. Cindy started as a Sales Manager at Burdines Department Stores, where they held the position until 1998. Cindy then moved on to become an Executive Team Relations Human Resource Manager at Target in 2000. From 2003 - 2005, they were a Permanent Substitute Teacher at Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Cindy then worked as an Inside Sales Account Executive at Learning A-Z and Dun & Bradstreet from 2008 - 2009. In 2009, they became a Senior Account Manager for both Fast ForWord Home and Inside Sales at Scientific Learning, where they provided strategic consulting and developed business plans and sales strategies. Finally, they are currently an Account Manager at Gemm Learning, a position they have held since 2020.

Cindy Kupfer-Vu attended Miami Dade College from 2005-2006, where they studied science. Cindy then attended International Fine Arts College from 1991-1993, where they obtained an AA in Business Management/Fashion Merchandising.
