Edgerton Coble is an experienced professional with a strong background in continuous improvement and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Gemline since October 2021, Edgerton also co-founded Shop Vocal in September 2019. Previous roles include Continuous Improvement Manager at MilliporeSigma, Continuous Improvement Consultant at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and Senior Manager - Master Black Belt at Sapient. Edgerton began a career in sales operations at Philips and progressed through various positions in demand management and business consulting. Edgerton holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by an educational foundation from Blair Academy.
