Steve Carnesi is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in manufacturing and project management. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Engineering/Maintenance Manager and Senior Engineer at Gemini, Inc. since March 2022, Steve has previously held various leadership roles at Rockwell Collins from September 2000 to February 2022, including Manager Engineering and Production Manager, focusing on avionics manufacturing for both commercial and governmental clients. Earlier positions include Project Engineer at WD Associates and Connecticut Yankee Atomic Energy Corporation, as well as Nuclear Construction Engineer at General Dynamics Electric Boat. Steve also gained foundational experience as a co-op at IBM. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
