Darren Leng is currently the Project Recruitment Coordinator at Gemini Personnel. Prior to that, they were an Account Executive at Top Great Engineering & Marine Pte Ltd from January 2009 to June 2010. There, they were responsible for cashflow planning and management as well as overseeing all payable matters. Darren also liaised and negotiated with suppliers in smoothing goods-delivery, credit terms and payment matters. Darren also reviewed, implemented and improvised accounting software, procedures and Excel for project costing and the company's cashflow projection and outlook. In addition, they overhauled the internal payroll system for the company's foreign workers.

Before that, Darren was an Account Officer at Jardine Shipping Agencies from September 2002 to July 2008. There, they were responsible for the daily operations of the accounting department. This included preparing journal entries, maintaining ledgers and financial statements, and assisting with month-end closings. Darren also handled accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as bank reconciliations.

Darren began their career as a Trade Analyst at Advance Container Lines Pte Ltd from March 2002 to May 2002. There, they were responsible for providing administrative support to the trade department. This included preparing shipping documents, coordinating shipments, and tracking shipments.

Darren Leng has a Diploma in CAT from ACCA, which is a school specializing in accounting and finance.
