Yashira Santiago, MBA, CPC, currently serves as the Talent Management Lead at Gemini Industries since October 2022 and has been the FMD Young Adult Director for the Florida Multicultural District Assembly of God since November 2016, successfully coordinating retreats and providing resources to numerous churches. Previously, Yashira held various roles at Jacobs from December 2011 to October 2022, including Communications Lead and HR Generalist, overseeing a communications team and managing HR functions. Yashira's career also includes positions at Progressive Insurance, Palmas Auto Sale, and Creative Recycling Systems, with extensive experience in administrative support, customer service, and project management. Yashira earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University and possesses a strong educational background, including a certificate in Theological and Ministerial Studies.
