Mitchell Jimenez, EMBA, currently serves as a Corporate Recruiting and Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Gemini Industries since August 2023. Previously, Mitchell worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Randstad Sourceright, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineers supporting Google. Experience also includes serving as a Technical Recruiter at Castalia Systems, a provider of expertise for the DoD and Intelligence Community, and holding key positions within the United States Department of Defense as an R&D Technical Recruiter and Chief Military Personnel Division Manager. Early career experience involved serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager in the U.S. Army. Mitchell holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
