Edward Melim has a strong career in IT, with a focus on project management, strategy, and infrastructure management. Edward began their career at OK Franchise Division as an IT Services Manager, where they worked from December 2003 to October 2006. Edward then moved on to Temperley London, where they held the role of IT Support Analyst from February 2007 to May 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Project Manager at Temperley London for a brief period from April to June. Following this, Melim joined Pallinghurst Advisors Llp as an Infrastructure Engineer from June 2010 to December 2013. Edward then transitioned to Gemfields Group, where they held the position of IT Manager from December 2013 to December 2018. Edward currently serves as the IT Director at Gemfields Group, managing the global IT infrastructure estate and overseeing the IT operation teams.
