Moniek van de Graaf currently serves as Wethouder for Gemeente Woudenberg since March 2018, while also holding the position of Fractievoorzitter for PvdA-GroenLinks and serving as Voorzitter of the werkgeverscommissie raadsgriffie. Prior to this, Moniek held multiple roles at College de Heemlanden from June 2003 to May 2022, including Sectievoorzitter, Docent maatschappijleer, and Voorzitter of the commissie Professioneel Statuut, in addition to being a member of the PMR. Moniek van de Graaf is educated at Leiden University and Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
