Marleen Bolwijn is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the social domain. Since January 2019, Marleen has served as Juridisch specialist Sociaal Domein at Gemeente Westerkwartier. Previously, Marleen worked as a Jurist and coördinerend juridisch medewerker at Gemeente Zuidhorn from April 1999, where responsibilities included coordinating benefits consultants and coaching staff. Earlier roles included Juridisch medewerker at gemeente Delfzijl, handling appeal procedures and executing sanctions and measures under the applicable law, as well as a short tenure at UWV, supporting appeal procedures. Marleen holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Groningen and has completed higher management training at NCOI.
