Marjolein Bloema currently serves as a Beleidsadviseur sociaal domein at Gemeente Westerkwartier, with responsibilities including education, educational infrastructure, Wmo and student transportation, and animal welfare since March 2020. Additionally, Marjolein leads projects focused on enhancing Independent Client Support and harmonizing subsidy policies across several former municipalities. Previously, Marjolein worked as a Woonassistent at ZINN, supporting psychogeriatric residents, and held positions as a Junior beleidsmedewerker and Afstudeerstagiaire at Gemeente Zuidhorn, contributing to innovative work concepts and asset harmonization. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Change Management from the University of Groningen, studies at Hanze University, and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Lille.
