Leon Teeuw is an experienced professional in sustainability and energy transition, currently serving as a Beleidsmedewerker Duurzaamheid & Energietransitie at Gemeente Westerkwartier since January 2019. Previous roles include sustainability policy advisor at Gemeente Leek and Gemeente Zuidhorn, where responsibilities encompassed advising municipal executives, developing sustainability policies and action plans, conducting project management, and organizing key sustainability events. Additionally, Leon Teeuw has experience in supporting SMEs through environmental projects, project preparation in renewable energy, and academic assistance in physical geography.
