Gazar Ajroemjan is an experienced professional in agile methodologies and software development, currently serving as a Scrum Master at Gemeente Utrecht and as the founder of Agile Minds, a consultancy focused on Agile transformation. Gazar has a diverse background, including roles as an Agile Coach at Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs (DUO) and Technical Lead at Coöperatie VGZ, where significant contributions included the development of innovative applications and chatbots. Previous experiences encompass positions as New Business Developer at Luminis and Lead Developer at Coöperatie VGZ, alongside various software development roles.
