Anita Sloof has a diverse and extensive background in public administration and social development, currently serving as Teamleider Maatschappelijke Ontwikkeling at Gemeente Goeree-Overflakkee since August 2022, while also participating as a member of the WMO adviesraad Tholen. Prior roles include Transitiemanager uitvoering sociaal domein and Directiesecretaris at Gemeente Roosendaal, along with positions as Kwaliteitscoördinator Jeugd, Coordinator Leerplicht en RMC-trajectbegeleiding at RBL West-Brabant, and Leerplichtambtenaar at both Gemeente Roosendaal and Gemeente Halderberge. Anita Sloof's earlier experience includes working as a Jobcoach at Juzt jeugdzorg and serving as a (hoofd)agent with the regiopolitie Rotterdam-Rijnmond, where responsibilities included youth-focused community policing.
