Kristiaan Strijker serves as a member of the supervisory board at Noorderboog and as a member of the supervisory board at Domesta, both positions held since January 2023. Since August 2022, Kristiaan has been the municipal secretary and general director at Gemeente Súdwest-Fryslân. Previously, Kristiaan was the chair of the executive board at Aves stichting voor Primair Onderwijs from January 2019 to July 2022, overseeing a network of 35 schools. Kristiaan also contributed to the governance of Patyna as a member of the supervisory board and served as chair of the executive board at Stichting voor Christelijk Primair Onderwijs Noordoostpolder before its merger in 2019. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at Gemeente Noordoostpolder, involvement with the Provincial Parliament of Fryslân, and serving as a council member for CDA. Kristiaan's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Competence and HR Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a Master's in Governance and Policy from Utrecht University, and a Bachelor's from NHL Hogeschool.
