Steve Verhelst has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as an Erkend VLABEL schatter and various other roles at Verhelst Vastgoed since April 2006. Additional responsibilities include serving as a Deskundige Gecoro Schoten for the Gemeente Schoten since February 2020 and as a Bestuurder at Parte Beheer from November 2020 to March 2023. Before founding Verhelst Vastgoed, Steve Verhelst worked as a real estate broker from 2000 to 2006, focusing on generating new deals in the residential real estate market. Steve Verhelst holds a Bachelor's degree in Bouwkunde and Vastgoed from Kaho Sint Lieven Aalst, completed in 2000.
