Mari Schippers has extensive experience in information and communication technology management, having worked at Gemeente Rotterdam since September 1988, holding various managerial positions including Manager ICT, Manager ICT Beheer, and Manager Applicatiebeheer, overseeing departments responsible for complex IT infrastructure and application management with teams comprising hundreds of full-time equivalents. Additionally, Mari has served as an ad interim Manager Informatiebeheer en Processen and has held supervisory roles across multiple departments, including Technisch Beheer and Werkplekdiensten. Outside of municipal responsibilities, Mari is also a youth scout and coordinator for Sparta Rotterdam, focusing on identifying young football talent. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in ICT from Hogeschool HBO Nederland and a Master's degree in ICT from Hogeschool NOVI.
