David van der Mast has extensive experience in social work and activation coaching, currently serving as an Activeringscoach at Gemeente Rotterdam since February 2020, focusing on the implementation of the Verordening Tegenprestatie Participatiewet 2015. Previously, David worked at SSC Flex B.V. in a similar role, providing support to job seekers. Additional experience includes serving as a Wijkcoach ggz-specialist at Daan BV, where responsibilities involved offering societal support, as well as various roles at Zuidwester that centered on daily living support for individuals with mental and physical disabilities. Earlier in David's career, experience included security duties at the Ministry of Justice and a role as a Call Agent at Firma W + R. David holds a HBO Bachelor of Social Work from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and an MBO in Sociaal Cultureel Werk from Albeda College.
