Ankie Brinkhuis has extensive experience in the field of spatial planning and construction oversight, currently serving as a beleidsmedewerker ruimtelijke ordening at Gemeente Rijssen-Holten since 2007. Prior to this role, Ankie worked at Gemeente Zwartewaterland as an Algemeen medewerker Bouw en Woningtoezicht from April 1998 to November 2007. Ankie's professional journey also includes working with several municipalities in Overijssel in building and housing supervision, and earlier experience as a bouwkundig tekenaar at BDG architecten/ingenieursbureau te Zwolle from 1985 to 1991. Ankie began the career in construction as part of Bouwbedrijf Houtman te Dedemsvaart from 1982 to 1985. Ankie holds a diploma in HBDO-omgevingsrecht from Bestuursacademie (2005-2008), a diploma in ABW I and II from the BOB opleiding (2000-2001), and completed MTS-bouwkunde between 1976 and 1980.
