Pieter Mulder is an experienced customer manager specializing in permits and status holders, currently working at Gemeente Ridderkerk since February 2017. Prior roles include similar positions at Gemeente Zoetermeer from January 2014 to January 2017, where Pieter also served as an account manager for project candidates.
